The Academic Skills service, ASK@Regent, supports students to develop the academic skills required for higher education study. This includes support with:

  • Academic writing
  • Referencing and academic integrity
  • Reading and note-taking strategies
  • Exam preparation
  • Developing independent study skills

The Admissions team is responsible for managing applications to Regent College London, including:

The Alumni service supports former students after they have completed their studies. It focuses on maintaining engagement with graduates and sharing relevant opportunities and updates. This service covers:

The Attendance and Engagement team is responsible for monitoring student attendance and engagement in line with RCL policy, including:

The Bursaries team manages non-repayable financial support schemes, including: 

  • Bursaries

Campus Operations manages the daily activities of our campuses, which include overseeing facilities, physical learning spaces, and providing on-site operational support. Each campus has a dedicated team ready to assist you with locating your classes, directing you to other services, and replacing any lost or stolen student cards.

The Careers and Employability team supports students’ career development and employment readiness, including:

  • Career planning and guidance
  • CVs, applications, and interviews
  • Employability workshops and resources
  • Employer engagement events and speakers

The Student Casework team is responsible for handling cases under student conduct and complaints.

The Wellbeing and Disability Support service supports students whose health, disability, or wellbeing may affect their ability to engage with their studies. Support is provided in line with RCL policies and requires disclosure and, where appropriate, supporting evidence. This service covers:

  • Disability and long-term health conditions
  • Learning differences and neurodiversity
  • Mental health and wellbeing support
  • Recommendations for reasonable adjustments and support plans

Enrolment covers the processes for students joining and continuing their studies at the College. The Enrolment team manages new student enrolment and includes completing initial registration and checks. Enrolment for returning students, including re-enrolment and progression-related status changes, is managed by the Registry team.

Student Success is a central support service that helps students navigate RCL processes and access the correct support services. It acts as a first point of contact for non-academic queries and administrative support. This service covers:

  • General student enquiries and guidance
  • Help understand College processes and requirements
  • Signposting to the appropriate service or team
  • Support with routine administrative requests

The Exams and Assessments service manages assessment-related processes in line with College and awarding partner regulations. It provides information about how assessments are organised and administered. This service covers:

  • Examination and assessment arrangements
  • Assessment timetables and processes
  • Exam regulations and procedures
  • Guidance on assessment-related queries

Graduation is managed by the Careers and Employability service on behalf of the College.  

It covers the organisation of graduation ceremonies for students who have completed their studies and had their awards confirmed, including ceremony arrangements, registration, guest information, academic dress, and event communications.

IT Services provides technical support for the College’s digital systems and platforms used by students. Support includes access to student accounts and email, Wi-Fi and network services, software and learning systems, and resolving technical issues.  

Students must raise a support ticket via email or visit the IT Helpdesk at their respective campus.

The library service provides access to learning resources to support study and research, with a primary focus on digital provision. This includes online books, journals, databases, and study support resources.  

A physical library space is available at the Fitzrovia campus, offering in-person support and study facilities.

Personal Academic Tutoring (PATs) is a structured system of academic support provided as part of a student’s course. You’ll be assigned your PAT when you enrol.

It covers scheduled and ad hoc meetings to discuss academic progress, engagement, and any issues affecting study, with tutors signposting students to other services where appropriate.

An online platform for all staff, students and visitors to report any incident of sexual violence, bullying, harassment or any hate crime to RCL: 

  • Reports can be made anonymously or with contact details
  • Information about local and national specialist support services is also available

Safeguarding is a service that allows concerns about safety, welfare, or risk of harm to be raised with RCL. It covers how safeguarding concerns are reported, reviewed, and managed, and how appropriate action or support is put in place in line with RCL procedures.

Student Finance Officers provide support with student funding processes and funding-related queries during a student’s studies. They help students understand and manage their student finance arrangements in line with external funding body requirements. This service covers:

  • Student loan applications and ongoing funding queries
  • Changes to student circumstances that may affect funding
  • Liaison with Student Finance bodies where required
  • Guidance on evidence and documentation related to funding

Our Student Success Service offers non-academic support, helping you navigate key administrative processes and connecting you with the right support.

Student visa support is managed by the UKVI Compliance Team and applies to students studying under a student visa. The service ensures compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements throughout a student’s period of study. This service covers:

  • Student visa compliance and monitoring
  • Guidance on visa conditions and responsibilities
  • Reporting requirements to UKVI
  • Advice on changes to study status that may affect a visa

Student Voice Representatives are elected students who represent the views of their peers at the course or school level. They act as a link between students and the College, ensuring student feedback is raised through formal channels. This service covers:

  • Representation of student feedback and concerns
  • Participation in student–staff meetings and forums
  • Communication between students and academic teams
  • Supporting consultation and feedback processes

Wellbeing support is available for students experiencing personal, emotional, or mental health difficulties that may affect their studies. Support focuses on early intervention, guidance, and signposting, rather than medical treatment. This service covers:

  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing support
  • Advice on managing stress, anxiety, and study-related pressures
  • Short-term support and guidance
  • Signposting to internal services and external specialist support

Thinking into Character is a programme focused on developing personal and professional attributes alongside academic study. It supports students to reflect on behaviours, values, and skills relevant to learning and employability. This service covers:

  • Personal development themes and activities
  • Reflection on character, behaviours, and skills
