Enrolling for new and returning students

Welcome to your starting point for everything related to enrolment.

Whether you’re joining Regent College London (RCL) for the first time or returning for another year, this page will guide you to the right process to confirm your place and get started.

Once you’re enrolled, you’ll have access to:

  • Your timetable and class links via Microsoft Teams
  • Your RCL student email and Regent Digital account
  • All campus services and Student Finance payments (if applicable)

You must complete enrolment before teaching begins to access your classes, systems, and funding.

We’re excited to welcome you to Regent College London (RCL). Before you begin your studies, you’ll need to complete your enrolment. This confirms your place, gives you access to online systems, and activates your Student Finance.

Once enrolled, you’ll be able to:

  • Access your RCL email, Microsoft Teams, and Regent Digital.
  • View your timetable and join your classes.
  • Receive your Student ID card and take part in induction.

Enrolling early ensures your systems, timetable, and funding are ready for the start of term.

  • Proof of Student Finance application or payment plan
  • Home and term-time address details

If anything’s missing from your application, your Enrolment Officer will contact you to help you complete it.

Follow the steps to:

  • Review and confirm your personal and course details.
  • Upload your required documents.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit your form.

After your form is approved, your student account will be activated, and you’ll receive your login details for Regent Digital and Microsoft Teams.

Once re-enrolment is complete, you’ll receive your new timetable and be ready to start the next level of your studies.

You must complete re-enrolment before the start of teaching to maintain access to your programme and funding.

  • Click the link to your online re-enrolment form.
