Welcome back to Regent College London (RCL). Each academic year, all continuing students must re-enrol to confirm their place in their programme. Re-enrolling ensures your Student Finance, timetable, and access to your student accounts (such as Microsoft Teams and Regent Digital) remain active.

Once re-enrolment is complete, you’ll receive your new timetable and be ready to start the next level of your studies.

You must complete re-enrolment before the start of teaching to maintain access to your programme and funding.

How to complete your re-enrolment

Once your progression has been approved, the Registry team will email you an invitation to re-enrol. The message will include your unique re-enrolment form link, your student ID number, and instructions on how to complete the process.

Complete your re-enrolment

  • Log in to your RCL email and open your re-enrolment invitation
  • Click the link to your online re-enrolment form
  • Check and update your contact details, course information, and address
  • Submit the form before the stated deadline

Once submitted, your status will change from pre-enrolled to active in the student record system. You’ll then receive your Microsoft Teams class links and timetable from the Attendance team.

Deadline to re-enrol

The deadline to complete your re-enrolment is the end of Week 4 of the semester. Students who don’t complete re-enrolment by the deadline may be proposed for withdrawal.

If you experience problems

If you haven’t received your re-enrolment email, or you’re unable to complete your form, please contact the Student Success team at studentservices@rcl.ac.uk with your student ID number.
