Disruption to Arriva London North bus services from August.
Strike action is planned on some Arriva London North bus services between August and October 2026.
If the strikes go ahead, some routes operating in north, east and central London will be disrupted, with little or no service expected on affected routes.
When are the strikes?
Strike action is currently planned for:

- 14–15 August
- 18–21 August
- 25–28 August
September
- 4–5 September
- 7–8 September
- 18–19 September
- 21–22 September
October
- 2–3 October
- 5–6 October
- 16–17 October
- 19–20 October
Each period of strike action is planned to start at 4 AM on the first day and end at 4:30 AM on the final day.

These services are expected to be affected: 19, 29, 34, 41, 66, 67, 76, 102, 121, 141, 149, 150, 158, 175, 191, 192, 217, 221, 243, 248, 254, 259, 279, 307, 313, 329, 341, 349, 370, 375, 377, 616, 675, SL1, SL2, W3, W4. W6, N19, N29, N41, N279.
Will my campus classes be affected?
Campus classes will continue as scheduled.
If you usually travel to campus on an affected Arriva London North bus route, please plan your journey in advance and allow extra time. Other local bus, Tube and rail services may also be busier than usual during the strikes.
