Having the right digital equipment is crucial for university studies, as it enables students to access online learning and complete assessments effectively.

The laptop bursary aims to: 

• Support students facing financial difficulties.
• Enhance access to essential study technology.
• Facilitate full participation in teaching, learning, and assessment activities.

What you will receive:

• A college-issued laptop for academic use.
• Specifications that meet course requirements.

The laptop remains the property of Regent College London during the academic year and becomes yours upon successful completion.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and do not have access to suitable digital equipment, this bursary may be a good fit for you.  

You may be eligible if you: 

• Are studying at Regent College London.
• Are currently enrolled and attending your course.
• Receive tuition fee support through Student Finance England.
• Have a household income of £30,000 or below.

You will need to provide basic financial evidence so we can assess applications fairly and ensure that support goes to those who need it most.  

If you are unsure whether you meet these criteria, we encourage you to seek advice before deciding not to apply. 

You will need to:

• Complete the Laptop Bursary Application Form.
• Upload recent income evidence (for example, payslips, bank statements, or benefit evidence).
• Submit your application for review.

You can apply once during your studies at Regent College London.

• Applications are reviewed in line with available funding.
• All communication is sent to your RCL student email address.
• You will be informed of the outcome by email.

If your application is successful:

• You will receive confirmation by email.
• The laptop will be available for collection from your chosen campus.
• You will be asked to confirm acceptance of the bursary conditions.

If your application is not successful, you will still be contacted and may be directed to other sources of support.
