Nominations are now open for Regent College London’s Student Leadership Elections 2026/27.
This is your opportunity to take on a senior student leadership role, represent your peers, and help shape the student experience across the College.
Nominations close on Thursday 26 March 2026.
Who are we electing?
- 1 Student President
- School Representatives (across each School)
The roles
Student President
The Student President represents students at the highest level of the College, including attendance at Academic Council and other key committees.
School Representatives
School Representatives represent students within their School and at College-level committees, ensuring student views are heard and acted upon.
Who can apply?
- You must nominate yourself (self-nomination only).
- You may stand as a candidate for one senior representative role
If you are already a Student Voice Representative (Class Rep), you may still nominate yourself. If elected, you will hold both roles.
Eligibility
You must be enrolled at Regent College London for the full 2026/27 academic year. Students whose course ends before 30 June 2027 are not eligible to stand.
Why stand for election?
Becoming a student leader gives you the opportunity to:
- Represent students in key College committees
- Work directly with senior staff and academic leaders
- Influence decisions that affect the student experience
- Develop leadership, communication and professional skills
- Enhance your CV and personal development
- Contribute to meaningful change within your School and across the College
Full training and ongoing support are provided for all successful candidates.

Nominations: 10 – 26 March 2026
Voting: 30 March – 12 April 2026
Results announced: 14 April 2026
What happens next?
Once nominations close, details of eligible candidates will be shared with students.
When voting opens, all students will receive a voting link and will be able to vote for the next Student President and School Representatives for their School.
Further details about the voting process will be shared when polls open.
