Your voice matters: Share it in student surveys

Student surveys are essential for evaluating performance at Regent College London (RCL), identifying priorities, and enhancing the student experience.  

Your feedback plays a crucial role in informing academic quality, program design, and the support services available to you. 

New to RCL Survey 

The New to RCL Survey gathers feedback from students at the start of their studies. It focuses on their induction, initial teaching experiences, and the clarity of academic expectations.  

The results help Schools and central services enhance enrolment, orientation, and early academic support. 

Module Evaluation Questionnaires (MEQ) 

Module Evaluation Questionnaires (MEQs) collect structured feedback on each module you study. They assess various aspects, including teaching quality, learning resources, assessments, and the effectiveness of academic support. 

The results of the MEQs are reviewed by Programme Leaders, School Boards, and external partners to monitor academic standards and make improvements. 

National Student Survey (NSS) 

The National Student Survey (NSS) is an independent questionnaire for final-year undergraduate students in the UK. It evaluates teaching quality, academic support, resources, assessment fairness, and overall student satisfaction. 

NSS results are used by universities and government bodies to benchmark performance and guide improvements. 

Why your feedback matters 

Student feedback is formally reviewed through School Boards, Programme Committees, and Student Voice Forums in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Schools and professional services are expected to respond to survey results with clear action plans that outline proposed enhancements, timelines, and the responsible teams. 

Updates are published to demonstrate transparency and show how student input leads to measurable changes in teaching, assessment, resources, and student support.  

By completing these surveys, you directly contribute to decisions that shape both current and future student experiences.
