How the Student Success Service supports you

The team provides clear advice and practical support on administrative processes.

Administrative support includes:

• Submitting absence forms or mitigating circumstances requests.
• Requesting a longer-term leave of absence or withdrawal requests.
• Official letters and document support.
• Understanding your timetable and exam information.

The Student Success Service can also connect you with the right support if you’re unsure who to contact.

• Your Personal Academic Tutor for academic support.
• The Academic Skills team for study skills support.
• The Wellbeing and Disability Support team for disability and wellbeing support.
