RCL Library Frequently Asked Questions

Log in via the Regent Digital app to access the Regent College Library Catalogue.

The Library Catalogue may continue to display the ‘Login’ button in the top menu even after you’ve signed in. If you’ve accessed the catalogue using your RCL student credentials, you’re already logged in and can ignore the button.

If you’re struggling to access an online resource, email library@rcl.ac.uk with a screenshot of the issue. This helps the team identify and resolve the problem more quickly.

Students can borrow up to three books for one week at a time. You must present your student ID card to check out a book, and you must return books to the campus you borrowed them from. Please review the library borrowing guidance before checking out a book.

You will receive a reminder email when your book is overdue. Failure to return items after reminders may result in temporary suspension of borrowing books, in line with the library lending policy.

UGM Library Frequently Asked Questions

Students studying with the University of Greater Manchester (UGM) as their awarding partner can access the UGM Online Library.

Students’ access to the UGM Online Library is provided by the University of Greater Manchester. The UGM Online Library is separate to the Regent Digital Library. You can use our UGM Library Guide to help you log in.

Access is typically granted around 8 weeks after your start date with Regent College London.

This usually means your account has not yet been activated. Please check your UGM student email (including spam/junk folders) for login details from UGM/University of Bolton.
