The Student Success team offers non-academic support throughout your time at Regent College London (RCL). The team helps you navigate key administrative processes and connects you with the right support whenever you need it.
Support is provided by a centralised team of Student Success Officers (SSOs) across all campuses, ensuring you can access help when you need it.
How Student Success supports you
Our campus-based Student Success Officers provide clear advice and practical support with administrative processes.
Administrative support includes:
- Submitting absence forms or mitigating circumstances requests
- Requesting a longer-term leave of absence or withdrawal requests
- Official letters and document support
- Understanding your timetable and exam information
The Student Success team can also connect you with the right support if you’re unsure who to contact.
Connection to other services includes:
- Your Personal Academic Tutor for academic support
- The Academic Skills team for study skills support
- The Wellbeing and Disability team for disability and wellbeing support
- The Student Finance team for financial guidance

From Friday 1 May 2026, non-academic student support will be delivered through a centralised Student Success team across all campuses, with Student Success Officers (SSOs) based at each reception. This replaces the previous model where students were assigned an individual SSO.

No. You will no longer have a named SSO for non-academic queries. Support will be provided by the wider Student Services team on campus. You will continue to have an assigned Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) for academic support.

Student Success Officers will aim to resolve your query at reception wherever possible, or escalate it to the relevant department if needed.
