Accessing student support on campus

Across our campuses, we are committed to ensuring every student has access to the support they need to succeed, both academically and personally. A range of dedicated services are on site to help you navigate student life with confidence.

Student support and campus assistance

Your Student Success Officers (SSOs) are now based on campus, and are available at reception during opening hours to help you with any non-academic related queries.

Speak to them about campus support, your timetable and attendance, exams and assessment queries, changes to your student details, official letter requests, and other general administrative queries.

IT support

IT support is available at every campus to assist with technical issues, accessing online platforms, and making sure you stay connected so your studies aren’t disrupted.

Student finance

You can speak with the Student Finance team for advice and guidance on fees, funding, financial support, and planning to help you stay on track.

Attendance

If you’re experiencing challenges that are affecting your ability to attend classes, the Attendance team is on-site to offer advice and assistance to help you stay engaged with your studies.

Academic skills

ASK@Regent, your dedicated Academic Skills team, is here to help you develop essential academic skills, academic English, and digital skills as you progress through your studies. Academic Skills Advisors can provide guidance on areas such as academic writing, referencing, presentations, and more.

You can book an academic support session on campus or online.

Wellbeing and disability

Trained advisors are on campus to provide guidance, practical assistance, and tailored support to help you manage your wellbeing and any disability-related support you may require.

You can book an appointment for on campus or online to access the support you need.

Careers and employability

Our Careers and Employability team is here to support you in preparing and progressing in your career. They can help with CV writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, developing the skills employers are looking for, and getting the most from Career Connect.

You can book a careers session for online or request an on-campus session with an advisor.
