New students

Welcome to Regent College London (RCL). This page will guide you through everything you need to do before you arrive, so you’re ready to start your course with confidence.

Completing your enrolment

Before starting your course, you must complete your enrolment to become an active student.

The steps may vary depending on whether you are a domestic (UK-based) or international student, so make sure you review the relevant enrolment information. You can also attend a pre-enrolment drop-in session if you need support with the process.

Before you arrive

There are a few important steps to complete before your first day.

Activate your student email

Once your enrolment is complete, you’ll receive an email with instructions to activate your student email account (e.g., firstname.HE12345@student.rcl.ac.uk). This is your main way of receiving important updates from the College, so make sure you log in as soon as possible and start checking your inbox regularly.

Set up your accounts

After activating your email, you’ll be able to access all your key systems.

Make sure you can log in to:

If you have issues accessing your accounts, contact IT Support at itsupport@regentgroup.org.uk.

Prepare for your studies

Getting organised before your first class will help you start strong.

Before your first day:

Get support early

Our Wellbeing and Disability team are here to support you as you prepare to start your studies. You can book an appointment or email wellbeing@rcl.ac.uk to discuss your needs.

Disability support

If you have a disability, long-term health condition, or need additional support, you can speak with a Disability Coordinator before you arrive. Having support in place early, including a support plan and access to disability-related funding, will help you succeed from day one.

Wellbeing support

If you think you may need support settling into student life, or have any concerns about starting your studies, our Wellbeing Advisors are here to talk things through. They can also help you access support resources and workshops to support your wellbeing.
